The potato museum is located in the high peruvian Andes of Pisaq and the place is administered by 5 communities; Chawaytire, Amaru, Paru paru, Saqaqa, Pampallaqta at that place we will learn how our ancestors domesticaded potatoes, the quantity and quality of potatoes.

ONE DAY TOUR

We start early in the morning, we pick you up from your hotel, we drive to Pisaq archeological site, where our guide will show and explain everything about the ruins, then we drive all the way to Chawaytire  community which is located in the upper part of the Sacred Valley of the Inkas passing by Pisaq town, once we arrive the locals will wait for us very happy and they will  show us the museum of potatoes, we will learn some names of the authentic and native  potatoes cultivated by our ancestors, we will have lunch prepared by local ladies  with potatoes in the afternoon we go back to the hotel by car.
